About Me

Masson spent 6 years in the United States Marine Corps in the infantry working his way up from a simple rifleman to an infantry squad leader.

While enlisted, he found his passion for health and fitness.He enjoys working with individuals who want to better their life, not only physically, but also mentally. After his enlistment, he enrolled in The University of Houston where he attended The Conrad Hilton School of Hospitality Management and School of Kinesiology: Human Health and Performance. Over the years, He has worked as a Crossfit coach, lifting coach, sports performance Instructor, and as a personal trainer. His hobbies include rugby, CrossFit, Olympic lifting, reading, taking long walks on the beach, spending his time outdoors, and many more.
